Before we can meet in person, we need some information from you in order to determine if we will meet each other’s needs:

1. Your company information (company name, address, phone number, website).
2. Company ownership information (name, address, phone number, email addresses of the owner or franchisee).
3. Your business plan including what makes you unique.
4. Photos of your current location (if you have one) .
5. More photos! Catalogues, line sheets, product photography.
6. Expected sales per square foot.
7. Your sales prediction for year 1 as well as your cash flow forecast for your first operating year.
8. Expected average GROC.
9. Demographic profile of your customer (who’s your target?).
10. Your financial plan i.e. your budget for construction, design, fixturing, marketing, rent, taxes, common area maintenance fees, etc.
